Collecting a piece is simple, personal, and never automated:

Choose your pieces. Browse the collection and select the panties you'd like to collect — tap "Add to bag" on each one, and pick your size or style where offered.

Review your bag. Open your bag (the handbag icon at the top of the page) to see everything you've chosen. Add, remove, or adjust as you like.

Submit your request. Add your name and email and send your purchase request. This isn't a checkout and you're not charged anything on the site — it simply tells me which pieces have caught your eye.

Once your request arrives, I'll reply to you personally by email to confirm availability, pricing, payment, and discreet, unmarked shipping. Every order is packaged privately, with your confidentiality in mind.
